Angie and Pat have lived together in Pat’s flat in Hong Kong for 30 years. After Pat’s sudden death, Angie is reminded of her own independence: Pat was the one who always handled everything. Left at the mercy of the ex-in-law’s goodwill, Angie begins her journey to emancipation.
